Jake is our head coach. With a masters degree in sports science and over 20 years of racing experience, including professionally, he is equipped to coach every level of rider.
Tom Neal
Tom started coaching in 2016 having raced at both National and International level. Tom’s analytical mind gives his coached riders all the benefit of his extensive experience.
Charlie Passfield
Charlie holds a Level 2 British Cycling coaching qualification & Level 1 British Triathlon coaching. He is available for both our cycling and multisport coaching packages.
Roy Chamberlain
Roy has been a stalwart of the UK racing scene for over 30 years. He started coaching in 2003 after qualifiing as a level 2 coach, subsequently working with a wide variety of riders in a range of disciplines.
Emily Robertson
Emily has vast experience coaching and competing in both cycling and running. Originally from a Time Trial backgound she is well suited for cycling and multisport packages.
Sian Bottley
Currently competing on the UK Womens Elite road scene and with a backgound across multiple disciplines, Sian has a wealth of experience she shares with her coached riders.
Gavin Howell
Gavin is originally from a coaching background in other sports. His passion, technical understanding and extensive racing background make him a natural choice as a cycling coach.
Marcus Burnett
Racing at the highest level across Europe and beyond, Marcus’s experience makes him perfectly suited to coaching, developing and supporting junior and under 23 riders.
Keiran Blay
Kieran is a Lv2 British Cycling Coach and has been coaching a variety of riders since 2018. From young, aspiring future pros to those looking to satisfy their competitive craving whilst working around time constraints!
Kieran Linders
Kieran has been involved in triathlon professionally for over 10 years. He was a part of the National British Triathlon talent squad in his junior career where he represented the Nation numerous times.
